We are a team of 400+ builders from 17 countries, with offices in Singapore, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK committed to delivering a delightful experience to our clients! We are looking for a detail-oriented quality auditor to oversee our quality control processes. You will be developing testing parameters for our services, reviewing them for industry compliance, and assessing processes and procedures. You will need to train employees on quality standards.
To ensure success as a quality auditor, you should possess in-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and extensive experience as a quality auditor in a similar industry. An outstanding quality auditor will be someone whose quality assessment skills translate into services of exceptional quality.

Position Duties

• Developing and implementing quality control audit plans.
• Identifying testing parameters for services provided to clients.
• Evaluating service stages and testing outcome, including appearance, accuracy, and format of completed work.
• Develop Standards of Procedures (SOP) for all processes and procedures.
• Training employees on quality standards and procedures.
• Work closely with various internal stakeholders to achieve optimal understanding of process currently in place and to understand the pain points of each stakeholder
• Ensuring that services provided to clients comply with relevant standards and regulations eg, financial statements, consolidated accounts, tax returns,
• Documenting issues and recommendations for improvement.
• Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to senior management.
• Keeping abreast of changes in IFRS, Singapore FRS, Singapore Companies Act Singapore Income Tax Act, and Goods and Services Tax Act
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification.
• CPA, ACCA or CA
• Ideally between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a professional services firm in Tax/Assurance/Accounting/Outsourcing/Client Accounting environment.
• Strong internal and/or external audit experience
• Strong knowledge and application of IFRS, Singapore FRS, Singapore Companies Act, Singapore Income Tax Act, and Goods and Services Tax Act
• Ability to prepare Group accounts preferred.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive in problem-solving and client management.
• Meticulous and detailed.
• Strong knowledge on Accounting and Payroll Software is a definite advantage. Experience with cloud accounting software, Xero will be preferred.
