• Responsible for managing the company Quality Department and Quality system
• Attend and answer to stakeholders on any quality related issues
• ISO 9001 quality system implementation and maintenance
• Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures
• Ensure implementation of 5S housekeeping and other quality standards
• Develop, Implement and evaluate proper QA / QC procedures
• Report all malfunctions to production, suppliers and subcon to ensure immediate actions
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
• Prepares quality reports and relevant documentation
• Trains and motivates QC inspectors to ensure that quality standards are met
• Supervise and train the packing processes. Follow-up with deliveries to customers
• Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by meeting customer's requirements
• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems
• Determining training needs
• Encouraging change and improvement in performance and quality

Job specification

• Diploma in Mechanical engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in QA/QC
• Working experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality standard
• Certified Internal Quality Auditor (ISO9000: 2015)
• Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent leader and problem solver
