Graduate of BS Food Technology or any related food course/s
At least 1 year of quality control experience and monitoring of in line production process experience in a food manufacturing industry.
With basic knowledge of GMP/Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and implementation in a food manufacturing operation
Flexible, can work on a shifting schedule; graveyard shift and can work during weekends and holidays
