Reponsibilities

• Ensures operational process operating and meeting process/ product requirement/ specification.
• Performs Finish Good Audit on Company products with reference to engineering drawings
• Performs dimensional, functional or other tests using specified measuring and test equipment.
• Files and maintains inspection records
• Reviews incoming quality inspection metrology including first article inspection and prepares a plan to minimize inspections.
• Verifies and ensures closure of all suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 issues including corrective and preventive actions
• Manages customer feedback and enhance customer satisfaction through collaborating with cross-functional team. Develop and enhance process control system to drive continuous improvement on product quality.
• Maintains all the documentations are updated and comply with ISO 9001: 2015 standards.
• Participates in quality improvement programs.
• Responsible for calibrations of inspection and production tooling and equipment.
• Leads in ISO 9001: 2015 (internal and external) and Supplier audit

Requirements

• Degree Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Entry Level / some relevant working experience - OJT will be provided
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 Quality System.
• Proficient in the use of mechanical inspection equipment including calipers, micrometer, torque tester and other mechanical equipment.
