1. Perform compliance reviews, including safety, regulatory, environment compliance, such as RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, and risk assessment of potential source of supply. 2. Liaise with MNC customer and understand MNC culture. 3. Ensure product and process quality compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF16949 requirements. 4. Support sales on compliance-related and technical question from customer. 5. Support Production on all quality-related activities, including working closely with engineering and other applicable functions. 6. Collect and compile statistical quality data. Analyses data to identify areas for improvement of production or product quality (PFMEA, control plan, SPC & GR&R) 7. Participate in 8D or Failure Analysis (FA) on product failures or customer complaint and work with engineering team to resolve issue. 8. Perform internal and external audit to compliance with company QMS requirement. 9. Managing IQC, IPQC, OQC, Quality Team and Laboratory Team 10. Establish and report Process & Quality KPIs necessary to ensure performance. 11. Contribute to defining and implementing the standards & tools for a comprehensive Quality Management program pertaining to Production. 12. Implement and maintain Integrated Management System to meet the government regulations and company policy. 13. Oversee and manage the quality complaint & feedback process for customers and ensure the flagged issues are resolved efficiently with effective communication and coordination with internal /external parties. 14. Support business unit to seek for the continuous quality improvement opportunities through information / best practice sharing and training. 15. Lead Analytical Laboratory and Quality Technicians in products analysis and testing to support the productions overall aspect and provide stable results of products Quality. 16. Implementing, maintaining and continuous review the quality control and assurance systems of the plant, ensure compliance.

• Lean and Sigma knowledge

• Statistical tools & Data Analysis

• Degree holder in Sciences / Chemistry /Materials Engineering or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office Applications

• Experience in Semiconductor /Chemical industry /Manufacturing Quality control and assurance

• Laboratory management

• Understanding laboratory data analytical
