Job SummarySupport Quality Engineer and/or Quality Supervisor in daily QA/QC activity to support business operationsJob Responsibilities: Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing QC activity which involves visual, dimensional, and functional testing in accordance with pre-determined inspection plan & procedure Participate in product characteristics trend monitoring and effective escalation and follow-ups Ensure all inspection activities are accurate and adequately documented (e.g. SAP system, MS Office, etc.) Exercise appropriate control to documentation records and retained samples Ensure all related calibration activities are timely and appropriately performed Assist in data collection and analysis work for continuous improvement activity Provide on-job training to QC Technician/Inspector Liaise with Quality Supervisor when customer complaint(s) received Perform monthly stock count Undertake work assignments relating to quality function as directed by Quality Control Engineer and/or Quality SupervisorJob Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline Minimum 1 year work experience in QA/QC related activities, preferably with exposure to medical device, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment Familiar with basic measurement equipment such as micrometer, dial gauge, pin gauge and toolmaker scope Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word Good eyesight with no colour blindness and familiar with inspection using a scope Able to work as a team and has good communication skills Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
