\xe2\x98\x91 Able to read electrical schematic drawings

\xc2\xb7 Perform failure analysis on the customer complaint products assigned by the Failure Analysis Quality Engineer for the customer complaint management process

\xc2\xb7 Receive return units from warehouse and update into the master list

\xc2\xb7 Managing the customer complaints database such as entering the preliminary analysis

data into the customer complaint database.

\xc2\xb7 Failure analysis testing on customer complaint returned units which includes Production

\xc2\xb7 Final Testing and other testing specifications such as Mechanical, EMC tests, visual

inspection, IP test, shock sensitivity, etc

\xc2\xb7 To archive customer complaint documents and returned units

\xc2\xb7 Participate in the Product Improvement Meetings

\xc2\xb7 Support Quality inspection activities including calibration of QA equipment

\xc2\xb7 Conduct internal audits and support ISO 9001 external audits
