Job Description

• 5.5 days work week, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm

• Location: Ang Mo Kio

• ACMV and BMS experience is a must

• Basic + VB

• Permanent role

Our client is a civil & construction in Commercial Air con and Mechanical Ventilation solution provider

Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and raise any queries to the client
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for ACMV projects, taking into account materials, labor, equipment, and other related costs
• Ensure all Suppliers equipment selection and Subcontractors quote meets tender requirements
• Take off Bill of Quantities from the drawings
• Review tender addendum, corrigendum and post tender addendum drawings and documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly
• Site verifications of variation and taking records for submission of claim
• Stay up-to-date with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to ACMV work
• Ensure that all ACMV work adheres to relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Able to understand BMS point schedule & transform into control logic
• Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet etc

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Cost Estimation & Budgeting, Tender Negotiations, Procurement, Measurement & Quantity Takeoff, Cost Control & Management, Value Engineering, Contract Administration, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Documentation & Records, Compliance & Regulations, Communication & Collaboration, Final Account Settlement, Continuous Improvement and Strong Numeracy.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying (ACMV) and Building Industry or equivalent
