Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Prepare schedule of rates\xc2\xb7 Assist to draft preliminaries and trade preambles\xc2\xb7 Assist in the review of technical specifications prepared by technical consultants\xc2\xb7 Conduct measurements, admeasurements, and re-measurements\xc2\xb7 Conduct cost analyses\xc2\xb7 Prepare outline and detailed approximate cost estimates\xc2\xb7 Prepare cost plans\xc2\xb7 Prepare cost-in-use studies and life-cycle costing of building and installation and/or components\xc2\xb7 Prepare cash flow projections\xc2\xb7 Conduct cost checking during design development\xc2\xb7 Conduct cost evaluation of alternative design or method of construction\xc2\xb7 Prepare periodic cost reports\xc2\xb7 Assist with pre-qualifications\xc2\xb7 Adhere to procurement strategies\xc2\xb7 Prepare tender documents and/or appropriate Conditions of Contract to invite tenders from contractors, specialists or sub-contractors on a competitive or negotiated basis\xc2\xb7 Analyse tender returns\xc2\xb7 Communicate payment regime to relevant stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Prepare valuations for interim payments and/or recommendations for payment to contractors, specialists and sub-contractors including recommendations for payment\xc2\xb7 Measure variation of cost claims\xc2\xb7 Prepare claims on behalf of relevant parties\xc2\xb7 Prepare final accounts and/or relevant pricing variations\xc2\xb7 Attend project meetingsJob Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Singapore building construction industry
