Job Description

:

• Oversee all site construction and contractual tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
• Prepare and verify progress claims for clients and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, and manage the contracting process for selected subcontractors.
• Provide updated project data, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tabulation, as requested.
• Prepare and finalize pending progress claims and final claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with project standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cost estimation, measurement and valuation, and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills to effectively manage contractors and project stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and travel as needed.
• Certifications in Contract Administration or Construction Management are beneficial.
• Professional memberships or certifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are an advantage.
