Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and assess cost estimates for construction projects to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure cost control and efficient resource allocation.
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ) in alignment with project specifications and scope.
Perform accurate quantity take-offs based on technical drawings and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, particularly regarding cost, scope, and project timelines.
Maintain comprehensive records, including contracts, budgets, change orders, and project progress reports.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery.
Job Requirements:
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of cost estimation, tender procedures, and contract administration
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant Quantity Surveying software tools
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
