Pre/Post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost controls, variations
Source for existing or new vendors, compilation of quotation and competitive prices. Managing overall project costs and budget
Prepare of Progressive payment, monitoring and claiming of variations etc
To attend Site meetings
Provide construction drawings, shop-drawings and as-built drawings to the project team using autocad application according to client's specifications
Undertake other ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when necessary.
