Job Description
- Prepare Pre and Post Tender
- Prepare Contract Documents
- Assist C.Manager Taking Off Quantities For Archi / Structural Works
- Sourcing Sub-contractors and Suppliers
- Billing of Quantities with Architect / Clients
- Assist C. Manager Perform Cost Control, Risk and Value Management
- Verify Sub-contractors / Supplier's Claim for Variation and Payment Cert
- To Support VO and Progress Claim, Contract Administration and Documentation
- Review and Prepare Agreements with Sub-contractor / Suppliers
- Attend Project Site Meeting if Necessary
- Other ad-hoc Projects or Duties as Assigned
- Drafting of Shop Drawings / As Built Drawings
- Assist Administration Paper Works if Any
