: 1. Prepare tender and contract documents, as well as analyze project costings for tenders, including materials, quantities, labour, and time. 2. Accurately interpret drawings and : 1. Accurately interpret drawings and specifications, and measures / calculates the quantities required by the project 3.Liaise with Managers, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers 4.To work closely with the site storemen to ensure proper documentation of materials control. 5.Negotiate contracts and work schedules 6.Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction 7.Responsible for project progress claims and provide advice on contractual disputes 8.Value completed work, oversee bills, and certify payments to subcontractors 9.Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts. 10.Involve in preparing regular cost reports including maintenance budget cost controls. 11.Assist in maintaining good documentation of events at site for variation order / EOT claims. 12.Experience in both Pre and Post Contract Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Provide AutoCAD support in the form of sketches, shopdrawings or construction drawings. 13.Perform, any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
