Able to interpret conceptual drawings into detail drawings (Architect, Interior Design, Engineering)
Able to do construction drawings as per design directives
Able to generate perspective drawing using 3D Studio Max 2010, Vray & Photoshop for client to visualize and understanding
Responsible for the production of construction drawings both in Architecture, ID, and MEPH.
Preparing relative technical drawing for client/authority submissions
Reviews and understands all plans and specifications of projects
Reviews and understands all contract documents before tendering/bidding of project or enquiry
Reviews all Materials Take-Off (MTO)
Reviews all labour & materials cost for quotation
Meets with subcontractors and major material vendors to maintain updated rates/price list on materials and services required, in coordination with Purchasing team
Coordinates with Operations and Production team for labour and other related costings to ensure all quotation provided are at a competitive level
Ensures all additional costings are captured for all projects
Performs any other work as assigned by the superior

Requirements

Min Diploma / Bachelor in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering,
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop or Illustrator, M. Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Revit, BIM
Tender and construction documentation skills are essential
