Job Description
& Requirements
- Request for quotation and preparation of cost comparison for the bulk material purchaser for the project.
- Source for alternative construction material with cost/time saving
- Cost comparison for alternative material used.
- Preparation of material works order.
- Keep track of material usage with measured quantity.
- Calculation of material wastages.
- Placing of material order to supplier.
Requirement:
- Certificate / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent is preferable. However, candidate with good O-level or A-level result may applied.
- Resourceful, responsible and meticulous
- Good communication skills
- Can work independently with initiative and able to adapt in a fast- paced environment
- Immediate or Short notice preferred
