Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing tender submissions for Fire Protection OR Interior Design OR Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) projects.
Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimations to ensure accurate project budgeting.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to source and evaluate proposals/quotations.
Prepare Bills of Quantities, technical specifications, and unit rates in a timely manner.
Liaise and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers effectively.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Tender and Contract management.
At least 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
