To manages and prepares all the cost estimates for tender projects.
Provide support in all upgrading projects and tender exercises.
Provide support in projects and ensure timely on claims submission to clients.
To ensure accurate and timely payment response on the monthly claim by subcontractors.
Provide contractual advisory to ensure the team to comply with contract obligations and procedures.
Provide advice and recommendation to meet clients\' business needs.
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
Degree in Civil/Building/Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good working knowledge in contract law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
