Salary: $10 K, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
Project: Mega Building Projects
Remuneration: 17 days annual leave with Year-end bonus + VB based on performance.

Min 10 years of proven experience as a QS Manager, preferably in building construction projects.
It would be best to have a minimum of 8- 10 years of Singapore mega-building project experience.
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and cost control procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.
Must be able to interpret building structural drawings.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the quantity surveying activities, ensuring accurate cost estimation, cost control, and cost management throughout the project.
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Provide expert advice and guidance on cost-related matters to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
Conduct regular cost assessments and prepare reports detailing project cost performance, variations, and potential risks.
Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor and track cost expenditure against budget, identifying deviations and implementing required corrective measures.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
