Job Description
- Preparation of Quotations and Tender Submissions to clients (ACMV and Electrical Services)
- Preparation of variation orders at project intervals.
- Carry out contract administration duties.
- Build rapport and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Understand clients needs and provide best value for money solutions.
- Any other related-QS tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
- Min Bachelor\'s Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical) or Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Microsoft Office
- Fast learner, self motivated, good problem solving skills
- Willing to learn, positive attitude
- Autocad
