Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (M&E Projects)

Location: Singapore

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 + $50 mobile allowance

Collaborate & Connect:

Build trust and strong relationships with sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Analyze & Advise:

Track market trends, compare pricing, and provide accurate, competitive cost insights.

Own the Tender Process:

Lead tender preparation, submission, and administration for ACMV/Electrical works.

Plan Strategically:

Coordinate tender activities, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and clarity.

Scope & Control:

Identify work scope, evaluate risks, and ensure all details are captured accurately.

Evaluate & Execute:

Prepare RFQs, review vendor quotations, and follow up proactively.

Quantify with Confidence:

Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and plans.

Summarize Smartly:

Compile price comparisons, costing summaries, and technical proposals with clarity.

Adapt Quickly:

Handle tender addendums and corrigendums with ease and accuracy.

Represent the Team:

Attend site briefings, coordination meetings, and post-tender interviews when needed.

What We're Looking For

At least

3 years of experience

in M&E construction (Electrical/Mechanical). Hands-on supervisory experience in

Electrical or M&E

projects. Exposure to

BCA L5/L6 graded Electrical Engineering

firms preferred.
