Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for MEP works
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost controls
Assist in tender preparation, evaluate bids, and administer contracts
Identify cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities
Generate cost reports and provide cost analysis for stakeholders
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and project specifications for MEP works
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial, commercial, or data-centre projects
Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical works
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams
