Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist the Contract Department and Procurement Department in negotiating with the main contractor on VO and EOT;
- To assist the M&S Department in quantifying all Vos and negotiating with M&E contractors and contractual matters;
- Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments
- Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
- To negotiate on pricing
- Degree in M&E Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- Experienced in tendering and QS works and competent in contractual management.
