About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to join our construction team in Singapore. This position offers an excellent opportunity for

fresh graduates

to gain comprehensive exposure across various aspects of

cost management, technical drafting, and project coordination

within the construction industry.


The successful candidate will assist in both office and on-site functions, working closely with project teams to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review

cost estimates, tenders, and progress claims

. Conduct

site visits

to verify measurements, monitor work progress, and ensure alignment with project specifications. Participate in

tender site visits

and assist in the preparation of tender submissions. Source and liaise with

suppliers and subcontractors

to obtain competitive quotations and material pricing. Prepare

AutoCAD drawings

and maintain updated project documentation. Support in

project planning, coordination, and scheduling

. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in preparing reports, cost tracking documents, and other relevant submissions.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in

Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering

.

Fresh graduates

are strongly encouraged to apply. Proficient in

AutoCAD

and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with keen attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders. Willingness to visit project sites and participate in tender activities. Motivated, responsible, and eager to develop professionally in a dynamic environment.
