Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for electrical works.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports.
Assess and certify subcontractors' progress claims, variations and final accounts.
Monitor project budgets, costs and prepare monthly cost reports.
Assist in contract administration, claims and dispute resolution.
Purchasing:
Source, negotiate and purchase electrical materials, equipment and services.
Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
Evaluate suppliers' performance (quality, cost, reliability).
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent.
At least 1 years' relevant experience in QS and procurement for electrical projects.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, specifications and market prices.
Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
