Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for electrical/M&E works.
Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for electrical materials.
Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure cost control.
Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in electrical or M&E projects.
Familiar with electrical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Independent, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,700.00 per month
