Benefits * Salary package: Up to $4,000 (Depends on experience) * Working days: Monday to Friday * Working hours: 9am - 6pm * Location: Upper Thomson * Will need to go site if needed to Benefits Salary package: Up to $4,000 (Depends on experience) Working days: Monday to Friday Working hours: 9am - 6pm Location: Upper Thomson Will need to go site if needed to. s: Quantity take off and BQ measurement Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers Maintain records, tracking and submission of all variation orders. Sourcing, negotiation, and evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers through the preparation of price comparison Prepare Works Order/ Letter of Award to sub-contractors and suppliers Liaise with the project team for material ordering, issuing of Purchase Orders to suppliers and cost control Attend meetings/ site meetings Perform, any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Able to work under minimal supervision At least 2 years of experience Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
