Ensure quality and reasonability of data. Justify significant changes / variances Review monthly APAC Operations expense and investigate on variances Support multi years cost view and tracking of challenges Support workforce and location strategies, including hiring tracking, organizational moves, and return to the office occupancy planning Take part in hiring, negotiation, and headcount management Participate in collaborative initiatives with the team and stakeholder to continually simplify, improve and add value to existing business processes Support preparation of deep dives, business cases across the APAC operations Lead and co-ordinate the preparation of business review decks and other presentations as required for various mgmt. meetings, townhalls etc. Collate and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites e.g., sharedrive Support administrative tasks, on and off boarding procedures, invoicing, and ad hoc tasks Your skills and experience: At least 6-9 years of relevant business management experience at AVP level from the financial services or banking industry. Familiarity and experience in forecasting, budgeting and performing headcount management. Preparation of financial management decks and some experience in MIS reporting. Strong analytical skills, attention to details Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel are pre-requisites Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders Resourceful and independent with the ability to follow through Business management experience with a financial services institution is important Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
