R&d Assistant / Executive (fmcg / West / 5 Days)

Job Description
• Working hour: 8am – 5pm (Mon – Fri)
• Company located at Tuas
• Company transport provided at Jurong Point
• Well Established FMCG Company

Job Scope
- Develop product in accordance to food regulations, food safety standard and country standard policy,
- Participate in related R&D activities to create potentially profitable new products.
- Responsible for R&D Projects assigned and managing their progress to meet the targeted deadline.
- Formulation of recipes
- Evaluate raw materials
- Conduct shelf life stability study.
- Prepare reports and relevant documents as requested and compliance to ISO standard.
- Involved in product scale up and assist in product technology transfer.
- Assist in Artwork Checking.
- Lab maintenance and calibration of equipments.
- Provide technical support for product trouble shooting.
- Provide technical support to relevant sales, customers and other related departments.
- Degree in Food Technology / Applied Science or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, Halal and other food safety regulations will be an added advantage
