Responsibilities:
Support mechanical product development activities from concept to production.
Manage and deliver design projects in line with requirements, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and material selection to support design decisions.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to address technical challenges and ensure manufacturability.
Prepare design proposals, reports, and project updates for stakeholders.
Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software for prototypes and production.
Define and execute test plans, analyze results, and refine designs to meet quality and performance standards.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Materials Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in product design and development preferred
Familiarity with mechanical design principles, materials, and common manufacturing processes
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines
