Summary

To carry out the general duties of the design functions. Ensure compliance to Environmental policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all design aspects take into consideration Cost effectiveness\xc2\xb7
• Assist to verify and review technical aspect of Design development design\xc2\xb7
• Assist to attend to enquires/ site visits/ request from other departments or overseas agent (Guided by assistant engineer and above)\xc2\xb7
• Ensure that all safety aspects of design are reviewed\xc2\xb7
• Assist to make plan and schedule for D&D/Vec projects (Guided by assistant engineer and above)\xc2\xb7
• Design and generate drawings of the elevator system or elevator parts\xc2\xb7
• Preparation of design drawings and documents\xc2\xb7
• Review and monitor D&D / Vec plan status being assigned to\xc2\xb7
• Assist to make development / Vec project costing (Guided by assistant engineer and above)\xc2\xb7
• Educate assistant officer on various aspects of elevator design or elevator parts\xc2\xb7
• Ensure ISO procedures are followed and maintained in accordance to our work flow

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Machatronic, Electrical & Electronics or other relevant qualification
• No experience is required as training provided
