Job Description
- $3,000 - $4,500
- Woodlands Link Singapore 738719
- Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
- R&D in raw materials development
- To maintain and support the R&D department in raw materials development and its application
- To request for new raw materials or flavor sourcing for new product development to the Purchasing Dept
- To perform QC such as sensory, visual checks and raw materials check on all finished products produced by the raw materials manufacturing line and incoming raw materials or new raw materials
- To maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness of the laboratories and Pilot Plan
- To assist in the running and maintenance of Food safety management system and its documentation
- Generating new raw materials ideas and recipes
- Modifying and improving existing raw materials
- Designing processes and machinery for scaling up from laboratory scale to production scale.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments, formulations, results and generate reports
- To perform any ad hoc duties given by superior
