Candidates should have good laboratory experience including: leading laboratory trials, maintaining lab operations, equipment calibration and inventory management.
The role requires being organised in handling documentation, logistics, procurement/invoicing.
The role requires independently organizing and executing shelf life studies.
The successful candidate will be be working as part of a team and reports into the R&D team lead, hence interpersonal and communication skills are essential
You'll work on a famous iconic snack brand, contributing to product innovation and regional development.
The role is fully onsite in Pasir Panjang
Some lifting (up to 20kg) and operation of process equipment required.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
1-2 years of R&D or lab experience in the food industry.
Experience in R&D, analytical testing, lab trial coordination, and technical report writing.
No/minimal dietary restrictions or food allergies.
Candidates must be based in Singapore to be considered.
