Job Description
- Leading corporate firm
- Permanent headcount based in Singapore
- Asset Management / Portfolio Management
- Support the Asset Management Department to consolidate, formulate and execute asset management reporting and strategies.
- Compile, verify, organize and analyse data relating to the portfolio, including portfolio reporting and portfolio strategy including divestments and asset enhancement initiatives
- Assist with portfolio initiative including annual valuation and budgeting
- Assist Asset Managers with day-to-day asset management duties and responsibilities
- Assist with the portfolio reporting duties and more importantly, expand the capabilities of the existing team to develop new tracking tools for forecasting planning
- Assist with divestment and AEI projects
- Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline
- At least 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Team player, family culture
- Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
- Meticulous with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
- Direct Investment experience is NOT mandatory but good to have
