Job Description

- Sector: Real Estate, covering APAC
- Support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income
- Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the company\xe2\x80\x99s properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics
- Present analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels
- Conduct research work related to the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends, etc.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline
- At least 2-6 years of relevant working experience in real estate asset management / investments
- Possess good quantitative skills and a foundation in finance and financial analysis
- Resourceful, while possessing good business and financial acumen. Has an analytical mind, a good understanding of financial statements and proficient in financial modelling.
- Team player who can take initiative while being able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
