We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voiceRoles & Responsibilities:To establish continuity with our key client as the trusted partner, provide leadership to theregional and operational Program Management Office team, and build on the high-valueprogram management service in line with the global framework.\xc2\xb7 Be the key client interface for all Real Estate stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Providing subject-matter expertise to the client in all areas of capital programs andprojects in Real Estate, bridging the opportunity and deliverables to the client\'senterprise standards and strategic objectives.\xc2\xb7 Managing and leveraging of the resources available at the Program ManagementOffice, and the wider Turner & Townsend business to provide a high-value service tothe client.\xc2\xb7 Building on the legacy as a trusted partner with the client, bringing value delivery tothe Program Management Office service, providing advisory based on sector andindustry knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Providing the key link between the peer regions, central and offshore programmanagement teams, the client\'s internal and external delivery teams, andsupporting business units, driving excellence in capital programs.\xc2\xb7 Reach back and two-way knowledge transfer between related capital project deliveryteams under the client\'s framework, and peer Program Management Office teamsworking on similar Real Estate portfolios within Turner & Townsend business.\xc2\xb7 Full-time client facing, managing a team of client\'s stakeholders, working with theregional leadership team, portfolio managers and planners.Qualifications
