We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voiceRoles & Responsibilities:To establish continuity with our key client as the trusted partner, provide leadership to theregional and operational Program Management Office team, and build on the high-valueprogram management service in line with the global framework.\xc2\xb7 Be the key client interface for all Real Estate stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Providing subject-matter expertise to the client in all areas of capital programs andprojects in Real Estate, bridging the opportunity and deliverables to the client\xe2\x80\x99senterprise standards and strategic objectives.\xc2\xb7 Managing and leveraging of the resources available at the Program ManagementOffice, and the wider Turner & Townsend business to provide a high-value service tothe client.\xc2\xb7 Building on the legacy as a trusted partner with the client, bringing value delivery tothe Program Management Office service, providing advisory based on sector andindustry knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Providing the key link between the peer regions, central and offshore programmanagement teams, the client\xe2\x80\x99s internal and external delivery teams, andsupporting business units, driving excellence in capital programs.\xc2\xb7 Reach back and two-way knowledge transfer between related capital project deliveryteams under the client\xe2\x80\x99s framework, and peer Program Management Office teamsworking on similar Real Estate portfolios within Turner & Townsend business.\xc2\xb7 Full-time client facing, managing a team of client\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders, working with theregional leadership team, portfolio managers and planners.Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and mastery in the planning and delivery of real estate capital programs and projects.
• Minimum qualifications are a recognized degree (if not Masters) in Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience in deals, transactions, property and facilities management are a bonus.
• Possess an active and relevant professional certification or license in program /project management / real estate (i.e., PMP, RICS, licensed RE practitioner, etc.)
• Minimum 10 - 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in delivering major programs of work.
• Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
• Strong project systems background and understanding of MS Project and MS Office suite of products.
• Good with documentation, presentation, reporting and skills with analytics.
