Team Introduction The project delivery team consists of transaction management, project management and design management to manage existing office portfolios and to lead expansion projects from zero to one, i.e. from source the new site to all the way to complete the office fitout to start operation in the new office. Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for project deliverables to support Global Real Estate Department for APAC region, and will report to the Global Real Estate Department in Singapore. This role covers all aspects of project management for office projects, ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensure resource availability and allocation, manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, and proper handover to facilities management team - Manage the entire project execution for office relocation, expansion and renovation projects, from building selection till key handover - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants/contractors on project deliverables throughout the project - Support the project procurement process, inclusive preparations of RFP documentations, liaising with internal stakeholders, and onboarding vendors to ensure on-time project initiation - Provide effective project management support to projects in APAC region - Support on internal project procurement request, project budget application, contract approvals and payment approvals. Ensure project processes are set to comply with internal protocols and approvals - Manage design drawings and approvals, project timelines, work scope and office standards throughout the lifecycle of the project - Accountable for providing the stakeholders with a routine status of the projects and actively communicating and mitigating technical risks and issues - Coordinate with facilities team on handover process and perform testing and commissioning checks and follow up - Liaising with user's feedback on real estate related matters - Perform other real estate related duties as assigned Qualifications Must have - Minimum Degree holder with relevant background preferred, candidates with project management, construction management, engineering background advantage - 5-8 years hands-on experience in leading or managing projects, with preferred experience in office fitout projects - Familiar with project management processes, project budgeting and cost control - Meticulous, organized, good negotiator and able to work in a fast paced environment, including having flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities - Team Player: Contribute to positive team culture - Highly motivated (a self-starter) and excellent attention to details - Able to travel within the region and provide on site real estate support Nice to have - PMP Certification is preferred - Experience with regional interior fitout and local building regulatory issues - Tech company corporate real estate experience or experience working with Tech companies - CAD enabler - Excellent time management skills ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
