Job Description

Are you an experienced Researcher with a speciality in Real Estate and looking for a hybrid set up and opportunity to lead a small remote team?We are currently shortlisting candidates for our client who seeks a real estate researcher with experience gained leading forecasting and research on the real estate markets across APAC from a top-down macro perspective.For this role you will oversee APAC real estate forecasts and conduct in-depth research on commercial real estate market trends

• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand business goals from research and analytics

• Experience compiling data, producing forecasting & investment strategy reports

• Producing Asia real estate research in conjunction with the global team

• Writing analytical research and presenting real estate research themes

• Interacting with clients/prospects, presenting at client events

• You will be expected to take the lead and assume full responsibility as a key point of contact in the region, producing timely and accurate quarterly reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

• Identify opportunities to streamline research processes, improve data collection methods, and enhance the overall efficiency of the research function.

Requirements

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely

• Team management (locally & regionally)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions

• Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, being a team player is essential

• Intellectually curious about solving real-world questions using data

• Must have the right to work in Singapore (Singaporean / Singapore PR candidates will be prioritised)

• Minimum 5+ years of research experience covering the real estate markets across APAC

• Strong track record in forecasting and writing research reports to tight deadlines

• Excellent academic training with a degree in real estate economics / Finance / Master\xe2\x80\x99s / PhD
