I am looking to hire a high calibre Research Manager for my client, a real estate conglomerate with a global portfolio spanning various real estate asset classes.Key responsibilitiesThis role is responsible for driving group strategy and planning via conducting macroeconomic, real estate, corporate finance research and analysis.Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting research briefs on topics impacting real estate investment, including global/ regional/ country macroeconomic outlook and sector fundamentals, competitor analysis. This role will also be responsible for working with business units and the Group Chief Strategy and Planning Office to map out the investment, business model and product development implications for the Group.RequirementsYou should have a Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or Finance with a strong record of academic achievement. Prior years of experience in real estate research or macroeconomic research or equity research is critical to be considered for this role. Strong and structured analysis skills and communication skills (including business writing) will be key to success.
