Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Description
$12K + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor a high volume of large, complex real estate transactions including the acquisition of freehold, leasehold or fee simple ownership interest in land and/or buildings
- Execute transaction strategies for a given region or market
- Act as initial scout for identified markets and sites, travel to potential site locations, complete initial site assessments, prepare travel reports and diligence packages for internal review
- Manage transactions from inception to close
- Act as Point of Contact for all informational inquiries, inbound/outbound from third parties
- Track and monitor all acquisition opportunities
- Track, monitor, and report on status of all acquisitions
- Draft Letters of Intent from standard templates
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science, Degree in Commercial Real Estate, Surveying, or Business Management.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Data Centre or technical facility experience is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
