Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor or College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, Computer literate.* Fresh Grad are welcome to apply.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR TCT TRANSFER (HDMF ACCTS., BANK FINANCING, AND CASH BUYER,)
1. Prepare budget request of BIR payments, transfer tax payment, RD and Misc. fees.2. Fill-up BIR forms (1606, 20000T, 0605 and 1904 for TIN verification).3. Prepare documents for transfer tax payment (notarized DOAS, TCT, certified true copy of tax declaration (TD), updated real property tax (RPT).4. Prepare documents for CAR application (notarized DOAS, photocopy of TCT, certified true copy (CTC) of TD, Secretary Certificate (Sec. Cert.), Certificate of Registration and License to Sell (CRLS) copy of Loan and Mortgage agreement for HDMF accts. , copy of official receipt (O.R) for bank & cash buyer accts.).5. Prepare documents for RD filing (Notarized DOAS, original TCT, copy of TD, copy of updated RPT, CAR, BIR payments, Sec. Cert, notarized LMA for HDMF accts.).6. Prepare documents for transfer of TD (photocopy of DOAS, TCT, transfer tax receipt & updated TCT)
  • OTHERS:
1. Update monitoring on TCT transfer (HDMF accts.)- weekly2. Update monitoring on TCT transfer (bank financing, and cash buyer)- monthly3. Filing of photocopy BIR receipts, transfer tax receipt, transferred TCT & transferred TD on respective folders.4. Filing of original copy of RPT & original RD receipt on ring binder.5. Perform other functions as maybe assigned.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
