Rebar Scheduler
Job Description
Handle and determine the quantities, shapes and sizes and location of the steels from the drawings and sketches Interpret structural and architectural drawings for preparation of cutting list depending on the design specs (works schedule) Perform advance planning in rebar schedule per area Perform quantity of steel material needed for the design execution Can read structural drawing in preparing rebar's quantity Compile and prepare material wastage summary Control and minimize material wastages Drafting using AutoCAD Accurately take-off reinforcing steel and preparation of cutting lists (work schedule) of reinforcing for manufacture and delivery Professionally communicate with customers, production, sales and site personnel Accurately schedule to keep the project running smoothly Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree with major study in architecture, civil engineering or related field. Must Familiar with Australian Standards With excellent oral, written and communication skills. Can work under minimum supervision. Willing to work in San Mateo RizalJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
