Job description : Reception and Courier Service Management

  • Handle customer enquiries, booking request and coordination with third party logistics
  • Manage customer database and account registration
  • Handling of cheque payments and deposit to bank

Procurement Management
  • Understanding of requirements and sourcing for appropriate vendors, request for quote, issue PO, facilitate vendor payment and inventory updates.
  • Follow up with vendors to address cost changes, delivery arrangement and invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain proper filing and ensure documentation traceability for Finance and Audit purposes

Administration and Office Management
  • Manage webinars registrant database, email invitation, issue webinars certificate
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT Support, application deployment and maintenance
  • Organize and filing of documentation
  • Support other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements :
  • 5 Days work week, 6 Months contract (subject to extension)
  • Able to work independent and as a team player
  • Willing to learn and support new application deployment
  • Multitasking, self-motivated, pro-active, responsible, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Working experience in accounting is a plus
