Job description: Reception and Courier Service Management . Handle customer enquiries, booking request and coordination with third party logistics . Manage customer database and account registration . Handling of cheque payments and deposit to bankProcurement Management . Understanding of requirements and sourcing for appropriate vendors, request for quote, issue PO, facilitate vendor payment and inventory updates. . Follow up with vendors to address cost changes, delivery arrangement and invoice discrepancies . Maintain proper filing and ensure documentation traceability for Finance and Audit purposesAdministration and Office Management . Manage webinars registrant database, email invitation, issue webinars certificate . Coordinate with vendors for IT Support, application deployment and maintenance . Organize and filing of documentation . Support other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assignedJob requirements: . 5 Days work week, 6 Months contract (subject to extension) . Able to work independent and as a team player . Willing to learn and support new application deployment . Multitasking, self-motivated, pro-active, responsible, well-organized, and detail-oriented . Excellent communication skills . Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) . Good command of written and spoken English . Working experience in accounting is a plus
