Job Description


The general scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: - 1. Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude and direct them to the appropriate person. 2. Answer, compile and screen queries, incoming phone calls and invitations by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate. 3. Maintain reception\'s calendar and manage the booking of meeting rooms. 5. Ensure reception areas are tidy and presentable at all times. 6. Assist with pre-meeting set-up and any other meeting needs. 7. Order office and pantry supplies and keep an inventory of stock. 8. Record, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes daily. 9. Arrange for ad-hoc cost effective and efficient courier service in a timely manner. 10. Oversee cleaners and maintenance service providers. 11. Send out welcome email for all new joiners, update the seating plan and contact list. 12. Assist the HR team with operational and administrative duties. 13. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

R equirements

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience
  • Pefer Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and an ability to multi-task
  • A good team player
