The Job
Serving as the primary point of contact for the office, handling phone calls, welcoming visitors, and managing meeting room bookings.
Maintaining a well-organized reception area and ensuring proper setup of meeting rooms for external meetings, including stationery and refreshment arrangements.
Collaborating with the cleaning staff to uphold the overall appearance and functionality of the office.
Handling daily mailings and coordinating courier services as needed, while maintaining records of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
Managing inventory for stationery and pantry supplies.
Sourcing and communicating with vendors and suppliers regarding inquiries and quotations.
Coordinating with third-party vendors, such as cleaning companies, air conditioning contractors, and building management, for maintenance tasks and related matters.
Preparing purchase orders for the procurement of pantry and stationery supplies.
Requirements
Meticulousness: Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all work performed.
Proven track records and relevant experience in corporate setting
