\xc2\xb7 Handling of incoming phone calls

\xc2\xb7 Counter receptionist duties

\xc2\xb7 Simple administrative work

\xc2\xb7 Calling of late coming pupils on a daily basis

\xc2\xb7 Caring of unwell pupils

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Qualification: GCE \'O\' Level Certificate or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint

\xc2\xb7 Good command of English

\xc2\xb7 Preferably 3 years of experience as receptionist and admin assistant

\xc2\xb7 Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage

Working hours

\xc2\xb7 Mondays to Fridays: 9.30am to 6.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break.

\xc2\xb7 Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Additional info:

\xc2\xb7 Contract Period: 1 Apr 2023 to 31 Mar 2024 (With option to extend based on client\'s discretion)
