Job Description




  • Provide office support services in the Admin Office.
  • Manage phone calls, walk-in visitors, and staff interactions.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and fax messages.
  • Receive and document goods.
  • Maintain designated rooms/areas.
  • Coordinate bus transport for 3rd language students.
Job Requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Certificate in Office Skill Higher Nitec/Nitec or equivalent, or \'O\' Level certificate or equivalent (or ESS Career Readiness Certificate - Operations).
Experience:
  • Frontline work experience and school environment.
Proficiency:
  • Proficient in IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong English language skills, with proficiency in another native language
Working hours
  • Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5.00pm - 30 mins Break
  • One of the days will be a 8.5-Hour work day - 30 mins Break
Working locations
  • (School environment)
Additional info:
  • Contract Period: 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024
  • With option to extend (Discretion)
  • This is an outsource role
