Our Client in Shipping and Marine Services located at The concourse beach road is hiring Receptionist cum admin(Only Singaporeans) 5 days work week- nearest MRT : Bugis and Nicholl Highway Receptionist \xe2\x80\x93 Presentable, meticulous, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive, able to communicate in English Duties: Receiving of guests & safety briefing Maintains neat appearance at reception area Arrange coffee & teas for guests as requested Attending to incoming and outgoing couriers\xe2\x80\x99 services and sorting of incoming mails and parcels Assist in Admin works like meeting room booking, raising of POs, filings, printing/copying documents, others simple tasks as requested Handles some on-going projects administrative work.
